Due to this, many authors may identify that Gastrochilus sororius Schlechter is a synonym of Gastrochilus calceolaris (Buchanan-Hamilton ex Smith) D. Don. In general, Gastrochilus sororius's base of lip is non-hair. On the other hand, Gastrochilus calceolaris's base of lip is hairy (center of base non-hair). |
